Originally from Michigan, Jeff worked through the Front of the House until he filled in for an absent chef one day and never looked back. Jeff worked in New Orleans under John Besh until graduating from CIA in New York. For his first stint in Miami, he worked through the ranks at Toscana Divino until becoming the Executive Chef. After meeting Brad Kilgore, he led the Kitchen at ‘Brava’ in the Adrienne Arsht Center before becoming Chef-de-Cuisine at Alter.
