Venezuelan born but from European immigrant parents, Alex started his career in haute cuisine throughout all of Europe. His studies include schools such as Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and CETT School of Tourism in Barcelona. After working under renowned chefs such as Michelle Rostang of Paris, and Ferran Adria of Heart IBIZA, he has focused on expanding his passion for modern high-end cuisine.
