Alter is a casual, chef-driven American restaurant located in Miami's up-and-coming Wynwood neighborhood led by Chef Bradley Kilgore and Antoine Lecas. The seasonal cuisine is focused on locally sourced ingredients from Florida, highlighting the rich States offering seafood, tropical fruits, vegetables and meats. Alter's beverage program includes an uncompromising wine selection That span from top well known producers to small artisanal growers from around the world.


Brad a native of Kansas City, is a young well-recognized Miami based chef with Opinions more than 10 years of experience working at fine dining restaurants, including Chicago's L2O, Alinea, Boka and most recently Jean George's J & G Grill located at Bal Harbour's St. Regis Resort.


Antoine has more than 20 years of service experience. He has held managing posts at different high end restaurants including Les Palmiers in Saint Tropez, Andrea’s at Wynn in Las Vegas and Sunset Beach Hotel in Shelter Island (Hamptons). In Miami he was part of the opening team at the Fontainebleau, opened and held the GM position at Juvia and most recently Morimoto of South Beach.
